Bone-tired, Butted-out.

This post will include two major events i have attended for the past two days, 27th and 28th of april 2007.


But first, my room in my newly-renovated-for-only-4-months house.

Moving on,
Friday was our school's Convent Interact Club(CIC)'s 20th International Understanding Day. This year's theme was SPAIN.

This, is the backdrop. Everything was made by us interactors and us only. With suitable materials and amazing talents, this is the result of weeks of preparation.

CHARM-all stars consists of 50 members, of which 30 are active. The group just returned from representing Malaysia in Japan, where they emerged as 3rd runner-ups. Pros. That's what these people are. And we took pictures with them! will be in my next post. gawd these things take a whole lot of time. =))

Mumsy and Papa says i'm tiring myself out. i guess i am. which explains why i'm falling sick already. headaches tease the back of my brain, my throat feels really sore, plus my nose is totally jammed up with goo-ey stuff you-don't-want-me-to-name-for-you.


So, today was a big day for all us convent interactors of Convent Interact Club (CIC), Johor Bahru. We held our 20th International Understanding Day today, 27th april 2007. It was a huge success with all the dances and performances by all of us. We really worked our asses off so yeah, we DO feel good. As always, we have a reputation to hold up and a standard to maintain. I guess we did pretty awesome. More updates soon. =))

To all those who are hurting on the inside, i'm bleeding alongside you. I'm just not showing it, but i'm happy for now anyways. Why?
Because someone once told me to appreciate what we have at this moment and not worry about what is to come till it happens.

Then there were dark clouds.

Happy moments never last forever.
For us, happy moments are just the calm before the storm, the sun before the rain.
Each and every time you have fun, there're always consequences in the end.
Like when you had so much fun perfecting your throwing skills for softball, that you broke a window?
Or how about when you went to a practice and had so much fun with another that in the end you were said to be 'not serious' and playful?
Remember the time when you chose your friends over family members and came home to a place that felt like an ice age just hit it?
Well, sometimes when we don't think straight we tend to go the wrong way.
So long as we turn back and steer ourselves into the right lane, we'll turn out alright.
But sometimes when there is a need to explain, all of a sudden you just don't feel like talking anymore. You just don't feel like caring about how others treat you anymore.
You're just tired out. Drained of any source of energy. An empty shell. A hollow shell.



If you're looking for an apology, then i'm sorry i didn't take your side of the fork.
If you're looking for a sign of repentance from me, i am hurting on the inside.
If you're looking for one who has made a huge mistake at making others hurt but hurts on the inside herself more than anything, you've found your right person.
Don't believe me? You just don't see me. I'm angry enough at myself already.
Thank you for what you have done, and what you haven't done. I really appreciate it. I really do from the bottom of my heart. But the words, they're just stuck in my heart. They can't resurface, it's too hard for me.

a little short something i wrote today :


Until this flame burns out, we'll keep shining through.
For all the others, we'll light up their darkness too.
For on this day, we seek the truth.
Look above you, beyond that roof.

What do you see?
The shadows flee.
What do you hear?
They tremble with fear.
What do you smell?
Oh, this is such hell.

Unwinding The Twisted.

I have always loved watching the rain fall, even though i thought heaven was crying.
It always gave me a feeling as though i was letting sometihng out just by watching the droplets fall unto the ground.
And i never really minded all the wetness and gloom of it all.
It seemed as though every time it rained it was telling me to keep holding on,
Because there'd always be a rainbow in some corner right after it ended.
As though after the downs we face, everything would turn out fine after that.

Is it wise for me to hold on to that thought?
Is it wise to just dream once in a while?

Even if it weren't, i would keep these thoughts coming.
Because these are the few ones that help me get through my days.
All the love from my family especially, and friends and dear ones,
They are the ones who provide me comfort and shelter when it's all gloomy and cold.
I may not show that i appreciate all this, but i do, a whole lot.

That's me,
taking things for granted until i lose them & the chance of expressing a single word of thanks.
That's me,
assuming i'm giving it my all already when i haven't even tried.
That's me,
staying up at night, just staring at the ceiling and thinking. just thinking.

who will always harbour thoughts no matter where i go or who i meet.
