It was the Tree.
The Tree where it all started; where it would all end.
Very slowly, She raised Her head and dragged Her feet forward.
Forth She went, towards the Tree, towards Him.
He stood under the Tree, as silent as ever.
It felt as though time had stood still just for the both of Them.
He lifted His head a little as He watched Her approach.
"Please. Don't Leave," She thought. "Please. Don't Let Me Leave," He thought.
He left Her anyway. That was the end.
